and this is his character for the rpg tabletop World of Darkness: Michael Jorell.
He's a phoenix hybrid, the grandson of a real phoenix. He has some abilities inherited from his grandfather, as control over fire, flying ability and so on... He has too that mixed form, that anthro form, specially to battle.
